How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
For all standard deliveries we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days, delivery is normally within a further 2 – 3 working days of dispatch.
Items dispatched via our delivery plus service we aim to dispatch within 2 working days with delivery between 7 – 10days after dispatch depending on your location
For our pallet service we would try to dispatch within 2 working days, and aim to deliver within a further 4 – 5 working days of the dispatch date.
We try to sell all items from stock, if an item you order is not immediately available, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to discuss the options available and the estimated delivery date.
Will I need to sign on delivery?
Deliveries only happen Monday to Friday during working hours and we do need a signature.
If you know you will not be in please provide a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn’t mind taking delivery and signing for you. Once your order has left us, re-routing to a different address is only possible to a point and we have to charge you extra. Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll see what we can do.
How will my goods be delivered?
All standard deliveries are made via our approved couriers.
For our delivery plus service we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and deliver to a downstairs room via our own transport or approved delivery service.
All pallets deliveries, we’ll ring you to arrange the delivery date before we despatch your items from our warehouse. Or we can arrange for our pallet service company to call and book a delivery date and time with you. Delivery is to the front door only or to the reception area in case of deliveries to apartments and flats.
It is your responsibility to make sure your order will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors. We do have to charge for orders that can’t be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully and if you’re not sure, call us.
Also, if you’re not there to take delivery of our standard delivery plus service or pallet items on the agreed date, we charge £25 minimum towards the cost of a second delivery attempt or £42 minimum for a return delivery to Fairtrade Lifestyle. This cost is payable prior to the second delivery attempt or refund in the case of a returned pallet. For courier deliveries a second delivery charge will be made at half the cost of the original delivery cost, unless the goods are returned to our warehouse when a return charge will be made equal to the original delivery cost.
Can I collect my order in person?
If you wish to collect your order from one of our 2 warehouses in Cheshire, simply select this option at the online checkout and the delivery charge will be removed from your basket. We will then prepare your order so it’s ready to collect within 2 working days from the date your purchase was made.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that your order will be delivered to you in good condition and to the high quality our clients have come to expect from us, but in case it isn’t, we are happy to offer you a 14 day money-back guarantee on all goods. You must return all goods with their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely and in a saleable undamaged condition.

How do I return an item?
We ask you to simply contact us by email email@example.com or telephone 01270 623457 and we will issue a RMA number and clarify the details of your chosen return method. All return postage, courier, collection or pallet cost is payable by the purchaser.
You can also complete the returns form and submit to us for confirmation.

Will there be a Returns collection charge?
If the return is required as a result of our error there is no return collection charge. In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the safe return of all goods and for the returns collection charges.
